Ronald F. Mancl - President and Founder
Ron has been in the refrigeration and air conditioning business since 1958. He has designed, serviced and installed all types of refrigeration, air conditioning and vegetable storage mechanical systems. He works with our ammonia refrigeration and vegetable grower customers.
Timothy J. Mancl - Project Engineer
Tim has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from UW-Madison. He is a licensed Professional Engineer and a licensed Designer of Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning Systems in the state of Wisconsin. He is a member of The American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers. Tim manages the Service and HVAC divisions of the company. He also manages the new home construction segment and engineers all types of refrigeration and HVAC projects.
Richard Bulin - Project Engineer/Sales
Rich is a licensed Designer of Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning systems. He has over 30 years in the HVAC business and has engineered and managed all sized of heating and cooling projects.
Tammy Salewski - Office Manager
